Delete your account

Use this form to request deletion of your Barah Plus account. You do not need to install the app or sign in.

What happens next

We verify ownership through the email address you enter, and may contact you to confirm.
The request is actioned within 30 days of being received.
You receive an email confirmation once it is done.

Data that is deleted

Your personal account data: name, email address, mobile number, profile photo.
Credentials, password, device sessions and biometric enrolment.
Location records captured for attendance check-in.
Usage preferences and notification settings.

Data we must keep, and why

Invoices, journal entries and tax filings belonging to your organisation: Saudi VAT law and ZATCA require these to be retained for at least 6 years.
Wherever possible these records are separated from your identity, and your name in them is replaced with "Deleted user".
This data is not used for any purpose other than legal compliance, and is never shared for marketing.

If you are the account owner, deleting your account closes the whole organisation subscription. We will contact you to confirm before acting.
