For trading businesses
Accounting software for trading businesses that links sales to stock and purchasing
A trader buys, stores and sells, and asks at month end: how much did I really earn, which items are worth reordering, how much do customers owe me and how much do I owe suppliers? Barah Plus answers these because the invoice, the receipt, the collection and the payment all live in one system that updates stock and accounts at the same moment.
Built for the buy-and-sell cycle
Fast, compliant invoicing
A quick-invoice screen for over-the-counter sales and a full tax invoice for business customers, both signed and submitted to the Fatoora platform automatically.
Barcode-driven stock
Items with barcodes and multiple units (piece, carton, pallet), a category tree, label printing, and a live balance in every warehouse.
Purchasing and suppliers
Purchase orders, receipts that update moving-average cost, supplier bills with partial payment, debit notes for returns, and a statement per supplier.
Collection and receivables
Cash, card and bank-transfer receipts matched to invoices, customer credit limits, receivables ageing, and WhatsApp payment reminders.
Margins and reports
Sales reports by item, customer and branch, automatic cost of goods sold, and an income statement showing the real margin after cost.
Branches and warehouses
A warehouse per branch, documented transfers between them, branch-level permissions, and per-branch or consolidated reports.
Wholesale and retail in one system
A wholesaler needs tax invoices with per-customer pricing, credit limits and statements; a retailer needs quick simplified invoices with a QR code and instant collection. Many businesses do both, and Barah Plus serves both flows from the same items and the same stock.
And when you add an online store on Salla or Zid, orders arrive in the system as invoices and are deducted from the same stock, so the balance stays right in the shop and online.

Frequently asked questions
Does Barah Plus include a point-of-sale system?
- It provides a quick-invoice screen for direct sales inside the system, and connects to existing point-of-sale systems through the API to receive, sign and post their invoices.
Are multiple units of measure per item supported?
- Yes. An item sells by the piece or the carton with a conversion factor, while the balance stays in the base unit.
Can I set special pricing for each wholesale customer?
- Prices are adjusted on the invoice and quotation line with a discount, and each customer’s pricing history is kept in their previous invoices.
Does it work with more than one shop?
- Yes. Each shop is a branch with its own warehouse and permissions, and reports show each branch separately or consolidated.
