Multi-company

Multi-company accounting software that runs your group from one account

If you own more than one commercial registration you know the problem: a subscription for each company, signing in and out between accounts, and an accountant carrying numbers between systems to build a group report. Barah Plus puts your companies under one group: each with its own books, VAT number and independent e-invoicing, and you switch between them in a click.

Fully separated where it must be, unified where it helps

  • Complete isolation of each company’s data

Customers, invoices, journals and employees for each company live in their own scope. No company sees another’s data unless a user is explicitly granted access there.

  • Switching between companies

From the top menu you choose the company you are working in now, and every screen and report switches to it without signing out.

  • E-invoicing per VAT number

Each company has its own Fatoora onboarding, certificates and submission log, because the authority treats every VAT number as a separate establishment.

  • Users with different roles

The group finance manager is an admin in every company, the first company’s accountant sees only it, and a salesperson issues invoices in two companies only.

  • Subscription billed to one company

The parent company carries the subscription and creates additional companies within its plan limits, with no scattered subscriptions and mismatched renewal dates.

  • Per-company reports and group export

Each company has its own financial statements and trial balance, and a full export per company for building the group report with the auditor or in an analysis tool.

When you need multi-company rather than multi-branch

A branch is part of the same company: one VAT number, one ledger, and one set of financial statements filtered by branch when needed. A company is an independent entity with its own commercial registration, VAT number and return, and separate financial statements that the auditor and the bank ask for.

The practical rule: if the two entities file one VAT return they are branches; if each files its own they are companies. Barah Plus supports both, and each company in a group can have its own branches.

Frequently asked questions

Does Barah Plus support more than one company?

Yes. Several companies are managed under one group subscription, each with its own books, users and e-invoicing, with switching from the same account.

Is company data ever mixed?

No. Each company is fully isolated, permissions are granted per company, and no document appears outside its company.

How many companies can I add?

According to the company limit on your plan. Group plans allow more, and you can contact us for a custom plan sized to your group.

Can the companies be consolidated into one report?

In-system reports are per company. For consolidation, a full Excel export per company is available for building consolidated statements with the auditor.
